I\u2019m especially aware of how important it is for people to move within their own communities\u2014whether that means downsizing from a waterfront home, finding a cottage, or seeking out a townhouse that fits changing needs.<\/p>\n<p>The big question for our market: will future buyers be able to step into these homes, inherited or newly built, if there aren\u2019t more choices across prices, sizes, and neighborhoods?
