When you\u2019re deciding where to put down roots, consider what\u2019s happening just outside the front door. New development, thriving local businesses, and a sense of growth are all signs you\u2019re looking at a promising area. My approach is about patience and careful observation\u2014making sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
